Building with Sekisui at Ecco Ripley

So I was hoping to build at Providence Ripley with Ausbuild but due to issues with the valuation I am looking to build with Sekisui at Ecco Ripley. It is a terrace for $277,000 turn key spec home. The good thing is I dont have to pay progress payments and it's one contract. The bad point is I can't choose the outside or inside colours or anything inside. It's all been picked out already. I paid a deposit today and i just have to wait for my broker to get a valuation
So I signed the contracts the other day. They'll be sent to my broker to do a valuation.

Even if it's not being sub-divided and you want to keep it as Torrens title, you will still need to talk to a town planner or Council themselves, to see if they will allow…
