Technically my contract end date is 2nd November and with additional variations it got extended to 10th November. We have our PCI completed by the builder and Occupancy certificate issued on 3rd November. We have performed final Inspection on 4th November and now identified several defects which may require the builder another 4-5 weeks to fix them. Can the builder seek extension of time in the contract for Inclement weather or extra weekend days at this stage. Your advice is highly appreciated.
