Did they fix things at last? did you have any other issues with Mimosa?
We liked one of the Mimosa's plan, so any feedback or recommendation from you would be helpful for us.

The feedback now a days is not good. But do your research first. My experience has been good when i compare it with experience of my direct friends with other builders including henley and denis family. Mimosa was much better from them T that time. Hi Jmasood, i have signed with mimosa, , just went through your thread... 1. at color selection ( have to choose 2 many things/color/etc might be hard )... any advice??? 2. wanna go with private inspection, how much ( Darbecca ) your private inspector cost you in the thread its been mentioned that owner have to pay for electricity... is there any other charges/cost involve. Go to their new display homes and choose colors from there, much easier than choosing without seeing colours. We did 2nd because the display house we chose was old one and we were not told about that, then there was a risk all the time if color we selected ll work. Thank God it did. You can also find some private designer who can help u select color. Darbecca charged me about 4k for all stages. Not sure what they charge now, also i heard Mimosa noe charge extra for these inspections. That ll be water and electricity. It was not that much, estimates should be covered in your contract. Thanks Re: Journey with Mimosa Homes VIC 46Sep 14, 2018 4:29 pm jmasood Build has started, Mimosa was really quick to attend the site. I have engaged Darbecca as independent inspectors and so far their response has been good. Pre-slab inspection was done 5/Dec with 7 defects. Report has been sent to Mimosa and been advised that corrections have been made and pictures will be shared shortly. Slab has been poured in 7/Dec. Hi mate is it true that mimosa charge per inspection fees? If you hire your own private inspector!? That’s what I heard from my sales Re: Journey with Mimosa Homes VIC 47Sep 14, 2018 4:34 pm JamesSG jmasood Build has started, Mimosa was really quick to attend the site.
