Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 04, 2016 8:42 am Hi All, I am buying a house and land package in Willowdale I received a scanned copy of HIA Housing contract through email from my builder and I was told to come to their office sign the doc. My question is: 1) Is this the actual contract of the building because we still have to include lots of stuff like RJ-45 ports around the house, garden taps, split AC points etc.? Also on the tender we had specified some changes and signed it a week before we got this HIA contract. But still we have to make above mentioned changes to house. 2) What is Schedule of Changes specified in HIA building contract? How to use it? 3) Why am I being asked to sign to building contract before signing land contract? Thanks a lot! You talk about deletions, are they variations or PS and PC adjustments? pleas list them 1 16565 10 12311 Unless there is something in special conditions the builder does not have to give you timeline.
