We are only 4 days ahead of where we were same stage last build. Our last 2 storey build with Clarendon was 21 weeks. One of the reasons we chose to build with them again. No expecting this one to be as quick since they reverse built our 2 storey last time (wrapped and did inside while bricking outside) new ss won't do it that way so may be a couple weeks extra. Re: Building our Clarendon Fairmont 38 on the Gold Coast 71Apr 21, 2017 4:32 pm Sorry for the no reply.... slow week this week. Just the solar panels for our solar hot water were installed. Another Clarendon Fairmont started the same day as us just down the road and so we have been sharing tradies for our builds and because we had solar panels going up and they didn't they got their plumbing and electrical rough in and lower roof installed so I'm assuming/hoping that ours will be done next week. I should look into it (cause I need something else to look into ) Re: Building our Clarendon Fairmont 38 on the Gold Coast 73Apr 28, 2017 10:03 am Bit more action this week. We have had our lower roof installed and our plumbing and electrical rough in done. Next week should be air-con rough in and frame straighten and window install.. Little excited to see my windows go in. Especially the lovely triple awning in my son's bedroom.
