Lol What estate are you guys in? We are (hopefully) building at PineVue... but it's taking soooo long to get started! I love your colour selections, and look forward to following your build! - B Hi BW, Pine Vue is the one in the back of park lake?? I've been watching that one but couldn't figure out why some roads are in and others aren't?? I'll let FTB tell you were she is building. Have you picked a builder?? I think I've visited every god damn display house in SEQ in the last few months. McCarthys look pretty good if your still on the hunt. We also took a long time to get started with land registration delays (both times). It's worth it in the end. Definitely look at Clarendon. They have been brilliant for us both times so far so highly recommend them. Yes, PineVue is the one behind Parklake.... they have some roads in now (all named after pine trees!) but seem to just be doing them by stages. Still deciding on a builder, but I've narrowed it down - have to make a decision soon though! - B Re: Building our Clarendon Fairmont 38 on the Gold Coast 48Mar 29, 2017 4:21 pm 1st time builders Bridgetwitch Hi 1st Time Builders... or should I say 2nd time builders! I hope PineVue doesn't go too far over registration - all the rain lately is not doing any favours though! - B Re: Building our Clarendon Fairmont 38 on the Gold Coast 49Mar 29, 2017 8:11 pm Building our Clarendon Fairmont 38 on the Gold Coast 50Mar 29, 2017 9:16 pm Cracking progress you have at your place. Loving that kitchen window, I can't wait to see how it turns out. Fingers crossed the rain isn't too hectic tomorrow, can you believe we are in for a drenching too . It's very weird not being close by and going up for a look, I'll pop in for a look over the holidays Re: Building our Clarendon Fairmont 38 on the Gold Coast 51Mar 29, 2017 9:25 pm Bridgetwitch Tribe7 Bridgetwitch Hi 1st Time Builders... or should I say 2nd time builders!
