Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Oct 30, 2016 2:45 pm Hi everyone, Not a fan of the heating/cooling solutions being offered from C and M. They seem to only exclusively deal with Brivis which i havnt been very big fans of in the paste due to poor after sales service. Asked about putting in provisions and allowing contractors to fit exactly what I want post hand over and have been reluctant to assist and not even offer credit back for getting rid of their standard heating solution as well. Is it that uncommon for builders to do this? Any solutions or thoughts? I hear Daikin/Mitubishi/Fujitsu are the best in the business. Would also be helpful for future builders with this dilemma so please try be as detailed as possible with why you prefer a certain brand and not just saying they are the best with no comments. Cheers Hi We are building in the Hunter Valley, our soil test is H1, our builder has advised us they need to have a letter signed for Fair Trading as the new drainage standard… 0 3528 Sorry! I'm new to this forum and have made a mistake in my posting! I'm looking for a structural solution to a stand alone wooden pickets fence with no structural rail… 1 3243 6 55165 |
