Nice colour choices! Timeless grey is a good true grey. We made the mistake of choosing Endless Dusk and now our house looks blue =(

Designer specification has T2 Timber frame. This is what included in our contract. Has any one upgraded to Steel frame. If you have then what is the difference.

Mine was $1270 with an expresso provision and microwave tower it has one single hinged cupboard above and 3 draws below.

But this was the pricing in feb. prices go up. And with m they always go up by a bit. They are not a cheap builder that's for sure.

Thanks, Mine quoted for microwave provision, 2no above vertically hinged doors and 3no pot draws below.
this was quoted in april. cant believe gone up by 500. hope the pricing was correct.

building in Sydney. we asked Studio M for the prices at the tour, but they told us they can only give the prices after the appointments completed.

There's shouldn't be any price increases for moving it higher. Unless you are using more materials by moving it higher.

I would have like to given you the standard pricing but we upgraded all of ours. If you want those prices I can help.

Thanks. Somehow I didn't think to ask my sales consultant as I didn't think it would cost extra. Mine will probably cost more to fit my gigantic microwave.
