Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Oct 19, 2016 8:02 pm Hi All, This is my first question: Why the land owned by Stockland at Willowdale is being developed by so many developers, like Kaplan, Mcdonalds, etc. Why doesn't stockland itself develop and sell the house packages. Is Stockland outsourcing it? Just trying to understand the property market rules. They concentrate on that business As part of that business they sell blocks to builders who then advertise them as house and land packages. From my experience 'House and Land packages' often seem attractively priced because they are some of the less desirable blocks.
