They seem pretty flexible with whatever I request however prices are like BOOM in your face. I have asked about polished concreting, and they seemed to know, and quoted me 25-30k for our house which is 27sq with a granny. Just a quick question on huge slabs of stone, if anyone on here has had any experience with laying them in your house, slabs which are like 3meterx1meter long. and how much it costs to lay them. Anything else I need to look out for, our first build was bad only in the sense that our builder went bankrupt twice! well not the same builder but 2 different builders. what luck! and one was given to us by the insurance company! We want to get everything right especially flooring, lighting, and anything else i need to get right im not sure. kitchens?
