Just had soil test come back (P, H2) so waiting to hear if our budgetted 18k will cover things. Land titles later this month so things really ramping up. I needed at H2 slab as well. It took a while to finalise everything from a design point of view but the flexibillity is what attracted us the most. Since starting the build, I dont believe they are any different than any other volume builder. Im in Armstrong Creek also. Im worried about the price increasing at the colours stage etc. Were their prices pretty much spot on. There are so many things you can do yourself after handover. Some items it makes sense, or you must do through the builder (especially if double storey), but as you only get a small rebate for upgraded items, you can often replace things yourself cheaper. That would be my advice and remember kitchens and bathrooms are never cheap. Private message me if you want some pricing information or more details.
