We found flooring with plantation to be quite expensive, we are doing it after handover and it's costing about $16K including installation. We spent about $10K on electrical with plantation, and then the additional $2.5K with the electrician, then the coat of the pendants... never ending expenses!! We are really happy with Plantation now we are past the admin stage! We are building in Joyner.
