Re: Carlisle Easy Living Peninsula 33 10Oct 14, 2016 10:18 am Jojo2014 Bank Valuation came out perfectly fine, 1 less thing to worry about cause some people were saying BW and Circa are over priced estates so was getting worried, phew i am relieved now. well when we built in BW's our evaluation came back too low! But that was in stage 1! we are selling and going up to Highgrove Are you in the water front or college green stages? Re: Carlisle Easy Living Peninsula 33 14Oct 14, 2016 11:48 am Jojo2014 Yes true that, it was worth a purchase and a shift from the west to the south east hahahah. Excited Oh you wont regret that! Although you end up further away from the city, I find that the SE is a lot nicer to live Re: Carlisle Easy Living Peninsula 33 15Oct 14, 2016 11:49 am stayxtrue Jojo2014 Bank Valuation came out perfectly fine, 1 less thing to worry about cause some people were saying BW and Circa are over priced estates so was getting worried, phew i am relieved now. well when we built in BW's our evaluation came back too low! We are in Circa The Grange stage 6, I'm sure if you purchased BW stage 1 you have really seen the prices shooting which is a good thing for capital growth Re: Carlisle Easy Living Peninsula 33 16Oct 14, 2016 11:11 pm Jojo2014 Bank Valuation came out perfectly fine, 1 less thing to worry about cause some people were saying BW and Circa are over priced estates so was getting worried, phew i am relieved now. Congrats on good valuation! We're still waiting (anxiously!) for ours. How long did yours take? Did you receive unconditional approval together with valuation? Re: Carlisle Easy Living Peninsula 33 17Oct 15, 2016 8:56 am Yes it was unconditional, and our broker said it was valued for more but the bank wont tell you that, all he said was good choice . You should be fine, which estate did you buy from? and is it in the SE Re: Carlisle Easy Living Peninsula 33 18Oct 15, 2016 9:13 am Jojo2014 Yes it was unconditional, and our broker said it was valued for more but the bank wont tell you that, all he said was good choice .
