I found out two LOTS . I will mention each of them pros and cons , price list . Each one has its one Pros and Cons . If you guys found something like these which one do you guys prefer and why . I will mention both the lots vs so that you can understand first lot vs second lot features or comparision.

I know every one has their one interest but just wanted to see what people will say before i decide something.
