Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Oct 10, 2016 1:37 pm Question to anyone who has big corner stacker/folding alfresco doors. Was it worth the extra cost? Do you find you use them regularly ? Any regrets? Yes they look great but Just thinking of the hot qld climate how often would I acctally open everything up considering the heat & bugs. Re: Corner stacker doors worth it? 2Oct 10, 2016 4:27 pm I have corner stackers in Sydney and they are a beaut!!! Use it often only because the kids love going to play on the deck. However during summer with flies and insects I never keep it open, we have fly screens but we took them off to Make it look nicer lol Re: Corner stacker doors worth it? 3Oct 10, 2016 7:34 pm Imo it's over capitalisation. We are adding normal slider stackers to our alfresco but with flyscreens, we have bi fold windows from the back of the theatre to the alfresco, for hubby & his mates to watch sports, i only agreed on this if he promised to shut off the theatre doors when he opens the bi folds so no flies!!!! Definitely wont be open that often though.
