Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Land and construction Loans - Help Urgent 3Jan 10, 2017 5:43 pm Izea Are you buying the land from a developer? Generally the developer can refer you to a broker that can move fast to get their land settled. Yes buying from a developer and we are using their recommended broker Re: Land and construction Loans - Help Urgent 4Jan 10, 2017 5:45 pm Agreed, speak to the developer. If they can't put you onto a lender they might be open to extending your finance date. Our loan application got held up and the developer was more than happy to push the finance date back while we waited for approval. Although we did have conditional approval in place which the bank was able to give based on the land price and an estimated build cost. We couldn't get unconditional approval from the bank until the build contracts had been written up and signed. Try contacting Paul Hicks of Mortgage Choice or CJ Silva of Path Financial. I find them helpful and they are quick in getting things done. Thank you @. Tried to play with the facade models but the exact colour is not matching up. 2 3275 Render your bathroom walls, two opinions versus the one, makes you wonder. 3 6065 thanks Chippy, i hope they have applied sealer but i am doubt to be honest, so i am gonna do this job after handover. 8 16295 |
