Wow beautiful house and lovely colors. That's the price guide for that black splash back if its for the kitchen
Nataly, its around $400 for the tiles for our splashback however this is for both the kitchen and pantry.
The inside is really starting to take shape now with the plaster up. I had my first walk through with the site supervisor last week and he has confirmed the stairs and kitchen will be going in the next two weeks

wowsers lock up in no time. Any issues you have dealt with so far? Are the tradies any good?
oh yes, 1 other question...what type of roof tiles did you get?

JNT,
We are really happy with the build quality. We've been using Darbecca for independent inspections but they haven't found any major issues as yet but still worth having for piece of mind.

JNT, we went with a category 1A CSR Monier Tudor roof tile, the colour is called Sambuca.
We think we will get a door installed in the side of the stairs to make the most of all of that space for storage. Does anyone know if this is a big job to do once the build is complete?
Things continue to progress really well and it was another big week with the stairs and cupboards installed throughout. We took a bit of a risk with the gloss cupboards on the base and the wood look for the overhead. They look great, the pictures don't do them justice

What colour is ur overhead cupboards?
They are Laminex Impressions Nuance and the colour is Cherry Riftwood
- The front render is nearing completion
- The tiler has completed both upstairs and downstairs
- Painting has been completed with only a few touch ups required
- Electrical fitoff was completed last week
- Plumbing fitoff was also completed including the installation of all the toilets, tap ware, showers etc.
- Downpipes have been installed
- They've started staining the wood features but I expect they will be back this weeks to finish this off along with the render colour for the front pillars
Carpets are being installed this week and most of the external work is nearing completion so hopefully the scaffolding will be down soon so I can get a better picture
PCI has been booked for 4th April which means we should be in just after Easter, cant wait
Nah, we went with a laminate with a textured feel, almost like the real thing just without the price tag
You've pulled off the look! Love it
