Our build thread with Smart Homes for Living in Wellard https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=86092 My first build - Celebration Homes - Brightwood Baldivis WA 147Apr 05, 2018 12:02 pm It’s been a while, so thought I’d throw up some pics. I think my last backyard photos were of stormwater going in, so with retic, lawn, shed and water tank things have improved a little since then (if you excuse the lawn clothes hanging up and lawn that needs mowing!) All that’s left internally are some doors and the skirting boards which I’m doing myself. It’s a slow process when you can only do them in your spare time. I really need a few full days where I can bowl them over and get my garage (workshop) back to normal. Pic is of a few that I’ve cut but not yet glued & screwed. Doors are being quoted at the moment - ended up deciding to add a sliding to the ensuite, hinged to the back passage and double hinged to the theatre. I personally like the open plan of these areas but have found them to be less practical when others are living in the house with me. Yeah I know the feeling - I’ve actually decided to take time off to finish skirtings etc so it’s not hanging over my head forever. You’ll get there! Hopefully before the weather sets in! We’ve done part of our front landscaping (limestone retaining, garden edging, artificial turf, most plants and a granite/riverstone path to the front door) but not finished yet (still need to pave the verge, plant box hedge and grab some more stone — used 200kg already, who knew we’d need so much!). Haven’t even started the back, have had a guy out to quote on putting in a deck behind the alfresco but can’t do that until my husband gets rid of all the bricks sitting in the future decks spot and turns them into a built-in pizza oven and BBQ Follow our build with Express Two Storey (Ventura Group): http://tinyurl.com/jlykgph Follow our build with Express Two Storey (Ventura Group): viewtopic.php?f=31&t=85122 hi guys.
