Re: Henley - Sahara 40 Build - Week 1 Day 3 Site Cut Done! 483Aug 14, 2017 7:38 am stayxtrue pEast stayxtrue Okay so the pre-pour inspection finally happened as our concreters had a nice day to setup for the job! I have to say I am extremely impressed with our concreters as they remained onsite for the Inspection and resolved all of the issues on the spot! Also the issues that were found were very very minimal! Granted our SS put their best concreter on the job as he knew about the inspection, I guess it goes to show that although minimul defects were found, that the inspection looming as produced an excellent start to what is going to be the base for our forever home! Secretly I am hoping for the slab to be pured today! The frame is set to start on tuesday so provding thats still on track we should be completely framed up before the end of august! This means that September can be the month where the bricks and plaster come together so that all of the internals can be completed! It finally feels like it is all moving along for us! Yay! We are waiting for that drone photos Well funny you say that i went and out the drone up today Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ That balcony is looking big. It's almost invaluable! Re: Henley - Sahara 40 Build - Week 1 Day 3 Site Cut Done! 492Aug 14, 2017 8:47 pm Checked out your slab on the way to our weed infested block, nice looking slab. There will also be another on the street the runs parrallel to our road! So we definitely will have plenty of parks for our future children, its one of the reasons why we chose high grove! Our timber was delivered yesterday and the framing is meant to start today! So its all about to start happening! Henley - Sahara 40 Build - Week 1 Day 3 Site Cut Done! 494Aug 16, 2017 11:55 am Framers started yesterday! However they didnt get a whole lot done and I think that this could be due to the fact that it was meant to rain alot yesterday? however if not then I am hoping it ramps up a little bit mor so that we can start to see the lower storey go up and we can do a bit of walking through our future home Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Henley - Sahara 40 Build - Week 1 Day 3 Site Cut Done! 495Aug 16, 2017 12:23 pm Nice one Jamie....
