Me too. She's so perfect!! Exactly what I'm looking for, silver long haired tabby with green eyes, female, 7 months old... so not a kitty but not fully grown either.. plus she's good with dogs, cats (and hopefully bunnies). I'm so bad though.. I promised myself I would wait until the house was ready

But when the right fur baby is available for you, just need to do it. I love love a rescue dog on RSPCA but unfortunately we can't with our living arrangements... if he's still available when we are in our house he will be mine

^^; We're so bad!! I was going to stalk her if I couldn't apply now.. as she's been waiting since February according to her FB page. I'm just lucky we have room in the family for one more cat right now.

Aww, I saw on FB that she is on trial with another family ;-; so probably no kitty for me. Wishing I'd put my app in on Thursday now...

Oh no

that is devastating isn't it?! I saw a dog on a pet rescue that I feel in love with and stalked him for months and then one he was on trial/adopted and I was gutted

Very much regretting my hesitation... and then we went to a pet show this morning, saw a nice cat for adoption.. ummed, and ahhed... and didn't spend any time with her, then on the way I googled her, she's actually younger then I thought and would have been perfect.. so missed out again because I'm too cautious.

Oh no! However I think when it's meant to be it will be. I missed out on lots of different rescues over the years due to timing, but the ones that ended up joining our family were destined for us

Oh more good news! Glad to hear you found a kitty. I want a kitty too but unfortunately can't have any in this rental. Looking forward to seeing pics of your newest family member & also of the progress of your house

^^; As far as I know still on track for slab this week and slab party this weekend XD.

Shes about 8 months they think, they've had her in foster case for about 3 months. Right now she's super shy, but hopefully in time she becomes a cuddly cat.

My dad just offered to pay for her.. if he could keep her XD I said NO!!! She's still hiding under the bed, but I was attacked in bed at about 4.30am by a very snuggly monster. Hehe.

At this stage I'm calling her Astoria, Tori for short.

And yay for nice weather *fingers crossed* hopefully that means slab will get done this week.

Very cute! She has such a pretty face. I think my parents want to keep my cat which devastates me but she is old and probably wouldn't cope with change so i might be looking for a kitty too when the time comes. Nothing like kitty cuddles

One of the kids in my class always talks about her favourite character from a game 'Astoria'. Never heard that name before!

Hehe, Astoria is a name from Harry Potter.... but it got changed!! Everyone else hated it.

(means cinnamon)

Or Cassie as my dad calls her. She's become very cuddly... though my other cat has decided she's not happy with the intruder..
