Re: Who else have problem with Sulja Homes? 7Sep 19, 2016 6:40 pm Really dont have any idea mate keep saying the same thing that there waitinh for insurance that they applied late last year. The thing i cant underatand is why keep accepting jobs if your insurance is still under review. ? its reall getting to that point now mate. Re: Who else have problem with Sulja Homes? 10Sep 27, 2016 10:04 pm The treatment is ok so far - answered my queries, calls and emails. Although few issues with invoices - but all sorted. Customers service staffs change quite often - currently they responded fairly quick - Unfortunately the further progress for my house is still unknown..(which is most disappointing!) Re: Who else have problem with Sulja Homes? 12Oct 06, 2016 5:32 pm Im guessing your first house wanst with them? There prices are not far of big builder. One of the worst decision we made. For extra 5-10k the house should have been lock up stage by now. Re: Who else have problem with Sulja Homes? 13Oct 06, 2016 5:39 pm I can't give you any advice, but I'm also with a small builder... land settled Feb, contract signed March... permits were issued 29/9 after a LONG delay. They also had issues getting insurance sorted, but things are speeding along now.. so maybe it will turn out alright? I stuck with them because I love my house and I still trusted them to build me a good house, but if your having second thoughts doesn't hurt to talk to other builders.. and be honest with the new builder, they might even have good advice for you (I found Carlisle to be particularly helpful). Re: Who else have problem with Sulja Homes? 14Oct 06, 2016 11:06 pm Hi aloenyx It is very frustrating but at the same time if both insurance has already mention that no application been sent. Plus the fact that there own employee have admit there dispute with barro group, I have talked to the owner personally and he assured the late september something will be done to the site. Re: Who else have problem with Sulja Homes? 15Oct 08, 2016 2:05 pm goose1501 I have talked to the owner personally and he assured the late september something will be done to the site. Late September has passed - have you seen any progress on your site ? Re: Who else have problem with Sulja Homes? 16Oct 14, 2016 8:50 pm Altair mate Nothing mate weve sent our termination latter to them mate. He said the same thing to me face to face cant believe really how someone can just lie to your face, all promises. I rang asics and there no notice of insolvency which is somewhat of a relief but i dont understand why they cant get an insurance. QBE and VMIA has confirm that no insurance has been apply by them. Thats why we decided that its best to terminate since we cant really trust them anymore. Basing on what your experiencing with them now i think its just gonna get worse coz will be critical at everything from now on. I dont want that feeling while building. Our last meeting was early sept and told insurance is due to be release 3-5 days but its been a month since. Re: Who else have problem with Sulja Homes? 17Oct 14, 2016 9:08 pm Coincidentally last weekend i visited a friends house warming an saw one of sulja house right across from them. They moved to there new house 3.months ago about 18sq size Asked him if his seen anyone working on the gouse during the day and he said that he hasnt seen a single trade person for 2-3months. His house and sulja started about the same time but his was 2weeks ahead on january but suljas house is not even on lock up stage.!!!! Until now!!!! Can give u address if u want to check it out. Explains all black rubbish bag piled at the front of the property, people mist have chuck there rubbish thinking its abadoned. All i want is just honesty and real answer. If they cant build house for what ever reason then ill be happy to walk out and take my deposit back instead of all excuses/stories. Re: Who else have problem with Sulja Homes? 19Oct 23, 2016 9:56 pm Very costly lesson indeed.. im sure you can terminate your contract and get other builder to finish off the build. Check the contract. You can claim it. My lawyer is dealing with two sulja client if you want his number. A survey must’ve completed by a certified surveyor. This form part of every DA requirement 3 180605 2 3748 I don’t think so as the floor area over 300 square meters then it is class 3…. 12 15897 |
