Different light may bring out different tones to it yet yeah i kind of freaked out when i saw it and was so disappointed it wasn't what i was excepting at all! if full sun is on it its not to bad but still quite a bit of blue. Yep exactly we can always paint it later down the track. I love your colours! Re: Aveling Homes- First time builders 25Sep 10, 2016 12:26 am ZoePerth Yeh wait for finishing prior to freak out... so easy to say that though. I'm freaking over bloody skirting tiles tonight lol. haha yes being new to this whole building/first house thing its hard not to freak out, but saying that I've loved every second of it! Re: Aveling Homes- First time builders 26Sep 11, 2016 11:17 pm Hi emz, just started following your thread. Maybe i'm seeing things, or it could just be the lighting, but is the tile in top left hand corner of the far wall in your ensuite shower recess a brighter white than the rest? Then the 10 day wait period is that correct? The flooring looks really great with your white kitchen (which is good as the floor looks similar to mine and I'm hoping it'll look good with our white kitchen too!) Re: Aveling Homes- First time builders 36Oct 05, 2016 12:44 am Definitely much easier to work off a neutral base especially because you can change accessories, cushions and throws etc as often as you like then House looks like it's coming along great and the floors against the white cabinets look really good!
