Slab next week then Re: Building modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage, New Beith, 264Jun 18, 2017 7:35 am Milestone That's great progress when is your estimated move in date Coral homes Modified Stradbroke 29 weeks We are hoping to be in around early to mid october. He said around 15 weeks is all goes to plan Re: Building modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage, New Beith, 265Jun 18, 2017 7:38 am em-n-craig Shed is mahoosive and needs to be as anything smaller would look lost against the size of your house haha. Slab next week then Haha indeed! Hubby has always wanted a "man cave". He is into 4wding and he also likes to tinker around with old trucks. We were going to go down to a 3 bay shed to save money but it was only going to be $2500 less. One bay will be taken up with all our camping gear though. Re: Building modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage, New Beith, 266Jun 18, 2017 7:40 am Tribe7 Shed looks great . So exciting to see the plumbing in place. Roll on Monday for that slab Fingers crossed for a slab next week! It looks like they still have a bit of plumbing stuff to do. There are still boxes of bits and pieces there and there has been a fresh delivery of grave or something in the middle of the house pad. Our neighbours are being boxed up for their slab on monday and is being poured Wednesday. It is bringing out my competitive side lol Re: Building modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage, New Beith, 267Jun 18, 2017 7:43 am Milestone Holy smokes batsman that bloody huge are you going to get a cleaner to help Hehe I hope so! I got a bit of a shock at the length of it! In saying that, it is a similar size to yours. Ours is just long and narrow. Our neighbour's house is bigger than ours and their block is smaller and it doesn't look like it takes up as much room. Theirs is more of a box-shape though. Re: Building modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage, New Beith, 268Jun 18, 2017 7:45 am bribiebell Haha love the water pic!! Hehe this stuff always happens to hubby. They had put the tap on but not screwed it on properly. He tried to turn the tap on and the whole thing came off in his hand and caused the geyser lol. Was so funny. He had to turn it off at the mains. You guys could move into the shed it's that big haha. Sounds like you might be a shed widow then for a while. That's not much of a difference at all on the price, who did yours? They fill up very quickly, so 2 bays for the trucks he can buy and the 4th for his projector to watch footy Re: Building modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage, New Beith, 272Jun 18, 2017 9:31 am em-n-craig Tamara1975 em-n-craig Shed is mahoosive and needs to be as anything smaller would look lost against the size of your house haha. They were a lot cheaper than everyone else and came highly recommended from several people. Not sure if our 18 and 21year olds would appreciate living in a shed with mum and dad lol. Hubby already has plans to put our old lounge suite down there lol Re: Building modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage, New Beith, 273Jun 18, 2017 9:32 am dougang287 Tamara1975 dougang287 Looks great Thanks I am watching yours closely, especially the time frames Hoping ours following a similar timeline as yours. ha I bet! We had a slow week just gone - but annoying so I hope it's not a bad sign for us. Tiler already delayed and carpenter Oh bummer. I thought you were rather quiet and figured not much was happening. It kinda dominates the landscape at the moment but it will look better once the house goes up Re: Building modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage, New Beith, 280Jun 20, 2017 8:46 pm shellu My goodness your house is huge! It sure is. I think we are going to get a bit of a shock. We went a bit overboard I think. I was looking at the plans and was feeling disappointed that our island bench looked a bit small. I measured and it is almost 3metres lol. More house to clean. Yay... not! Hi, as per the subject. Does anyone have any recommendations for the best value decking oil (Bunning is close to where I live) for a treated pine deck? Thanks 0 10971 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13771 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4342 |
