We came back because they are great value for money and we were happy with them last time around. The admin stage is painfully slow but their builds are fast. How awesome having 4 acres of forest! We have around 30x40m of bush at the back of our block. We had allowed $3000 for our colours appointment but on the day we got caught up in the excitement and added this, that and everything in. I nearly died when it came back at over $8000! We took a heap of stuff out and it ended up being $5300 (only $2300 over budget). We did some kitchen upgrades that we decided to keep. Overall I am happy with our selections and price Feel free to ask questions Re: Building modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage, New Beith, 323Jun 24, 2017 7:33 pm Congrats on your slab!!! I'm looking forward to watching your build. Thank you Yours is motoring along nicely and looking great Re: Building modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage, New Beith, 329Jun 25, 2017 6:38 pm Was rather fun seeing everything all marked out ande being able to walk around the rooms. They all look super tiny lol. We spent an hour salvaging rocks for future landscaping seeing as they buried the last lot in the fill. Frames start tomorrow!! We have frames! 338Jun 27, 2017 10:06 pm So frustrated at not being able to get out to see the house. Our neighbour has been sending pics though. They should have finished the frames today but they were working until after 5pm when it was half dark lol. Not sure if they finished or not. Neighbour sent a pic of the side/back view of the house. It looks huge!! Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage. We have frames! 339Jun 28, 2017 8:44 pm Looking good Tamara You are lucky to have such nice neighbours who take the time to take pics and send them to you! Re: Modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage. We have frames! 340Jun 28, 2017 9:11 pm We managed to get out there for a look early this morning and have a walk through. It was very exciting. When we build last time we had been through the display home of our house so there wasn't any great surprises. Today it was all new. It is amazing seeing our design come to life! Also we flipped the house along the line so I had already visualised it all the other was and still saw it that way in my mind. I am so stoked with it! The laundry and pantry are smaller than I was expecting but we will still have heaps of room. It isn't like I spend much time in the laundry and our kitchen is huge with heaps of cupboards anyway, Overall we are very happy so far View from master bedroom Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Our very long hallway! Does anyone have any recommendations for the best value decking oil (Bunning is close to where I live) for a treated pine deck? Thanks 0 1290 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 7214 Use a product like Equisol's Vitalise to clean the deck then coat with a penetrating timber oil. It will look 10 years younger and add value to your home.
