That was my favourite bit to see come together, knowing the colours chosen worked. Really doesn't look long at all till you will be enjoying your new home. Re: Modified Coral Cloncurry. Kitchen and tile pics! 673Aug 25, 2017 6:08 pm We have floor tiles it was hard to take pics or see them properly because of the glare and dirty windows. Apparently the tilers are working over the weekend so we will be able to get inside to see them properley. Also they have had to rebuild the bath frame because the holes were built too big and the baths just fall through lol. Floor tiles :) 676Aug 27, 2017 7:16 pm Managed to get a pic (not taken through the window) of the vanities with the benches and the floor tiles Can't wait to see it all cleaned up! Our SS had left instructions to our tilers to lay the splashback in vertical brickbond. He has even left a diagram in case they don't know what it means lol. Our SS is awesome. Check your electrical plan carefully when it comes back from clipsal to be signed. Somehow our downlights turned into batten holders and we didn't notice. I mean, really why would anyone choose these?? We didn't notice and signed it. We pointed it out ages ago that it was wrong and we were told to speak to our electrician and then forgot all about it Thinking of putting pendants in after handover. I have to laugh at how ridiculous they look!! I love how the tiler has centred your hallways. Did you request that? Re: Modified Coral Cloncurry. I love how the tiler has centred your hallways. Did you request that? No he just did that. The first thing he did was draw a line down the centre of the hallway. They have matched up the lines with the tiles in the bathroom and laundry too. Our tilers have done a great job. Re: Modified Coral Cloncurry. Floor tiles :) 679Aug 28, 2017 5:45 pm Love those long grey tiles Tamara! We have the 'brown' timber look cabinetry in our bathroom also - or will have whenever it is done! I'm sure you will find some cool pendants for your twin basin lighting. My thread can be found here - I hope! https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=89313 Re: Modified Coral Cloncurry. Does anyone have any recommendations for the best value decking oil (Bunning is close to where I live) for a treated pine deck? Thanks 0 10974 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13781 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4355 |
