Ok so your pc date is 3 weeks after mine so they've pretty well kept our builds to the exact same timeframe after all. Oh wow I realised that means your pc is only 3 weeks away as mine is tomorrow! I don't get to walk through til next week though... so excited for you!! It is amazing that our time frames have been the same. Ours has run like clock work. Second successful build with coral (so far, touch wood). Re: Modified Coral Cloncurry. Kitchen and tile pics! 642Aug 22, 2017 4:51 pm We have bench tops!! So excited! I haven't seen them yet but hubby took some pics (terrible ones) but I just saw our SS has also sent some through. Hubby was out there getting a driveway quote and took pics of the stone but forgot to take pics of the lights! Grrrr. I dropped the lights off this morning and the sparkie called this afternoon to say one of the lights in our fans was cracked. Hubby has swapped it over and I get to drop it off to the house early tomorrow So I get to see the lights then. We are happy with them I really, really have the urge to clean the ensuite tiles to really see what the tiles look like lol. They might think I am odd if I rock up with my shower power and cloth! I haven't really seen them finished as we are locked out and I have to peer through the window I will see what I pics I have until I take some through the window this weekend lol Re: Modified Coral Cloncurry. Kitchen and tile pics! 656Aug 24, 2017 8:32 pm Electrical is all finished. Our lights aren't that exciting. I have posted a pic of our pendants and fan in the master bedroom. They are really the most interesting lights lol. The rest are downlights and fans. The bench tops are finished and the bobcat has been in for a cleanup. It looks so different without all the rubbish there. Not sure what the plan is from here. I will email the SS. Our floor tiles have arrived so hopefully they will start soon and the splash back which I am excited about. It will really bring the kitchen together and it will be interesting to see if my kitchen mock up pic and real kitchen look anything alike lol. We got a notice from energex about hot water being connected, but we are on gas hot water so I am confused as to what that means. Hubby has replied to the email and asked. Not much more to do. Just wardrobe doors shower screens kitchen tap splashback Floor tiles Carpet Security screens Garage door NBN I think that is about it really. Getting close now!! I wish I had put them all through the house now, or even just the other bedrooms. I love them Re: Modified Coral Cloncurry. Kitchen and tile pics! 659Aug 24, 2017 8:44 pm The electrician asked me the other morning how far apart I wanted the pendant lights for above the bedside tables. I had no idea and had to go to work so I didn't have time to go home and measure. He just did them above the light switches and power points. I hope they aren't too far apart! It will look ridiculous. If so I might have to upgrade to a bigger bed Re: Modified Coral Cloncurry. Does anyone have any recommendations for the best value decking oil (Bunning is close to where I live) for a treated pine deck? Thanks 0 10973 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13775 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4352 |
