Re: New Build with Henley ( Palace Q1) 62Sep 19, 2016 4:38 pm vigintitres Henley plastered our under stair as well, but didn't do any trim around the door. I've posted pics in the other Palace thread of the 'baby door' they installed in our butler's to access the under stairs: http://imgur.com/a/LEnAI Another question for yourself: Did you go for the full downlight pack and if so how are you finding the lighting, is it over kill? Re: New Build with Henley ( Palace Q1) 63Sep 19, 2016 9:21 pm This is in our Tender for the Understairs storage: Provide single flush panel hinged door, including wall light, in lieu of standard, to under stairs. Note: Clients request for Cavity Sliding door to under stair storage not offered due to custom door height not being available. Note: Under stairs to include painted plaster lined walls ONLY. $380 Re: New Build with Henley ( Palace Q1) 64Sep 20, 2016 7:27 am stayxtrue Another question for yourself: Did you go for the full downlight pack and if so how are you finding the lighting, is it over kill? We did go full lighting package and it seems fine to me, though it is hard to compare when I've not seen the next pack down. We did spend a fair amount of time working out what lights were on what switch though. We ended up with the six in the kitchen on one switch, four in dining and four in family area. The two remaining (between kitchen and dining) we put on their own switch and we use these when we want the room relatively dark for watching TV. Another thing to note is that you certainly don't get anywhere near as many as the display home, even in the top lighting pack!! Re: New Build with Henley ( Palace Q1) 71Sep 23, 2016 2:55 pm Thanks Heaps! I somehow think that our estate will actaully say no to these bricks as they have a strict rule on brick colours which is super annoying! They cant be too red/orange or too dark! Your going with the grange facade arent you? New Build with Henley ( Palace Q1) 72Sep 23, 2016 2:56 pm Re: New Build with Henley ( Palace Q1) 73Sep 23, 2016 3:00 pm stayxtrue Thanks Heaps!
