Looking at building one for an IP Design fits on the land fine - So plan not make any modifications or any additions Don't plan to have any air-con/floor coverings/window furnishing/ driveways/ landscaping done by the builder (unless theres a promo on floor coverings/aircon) The base price of the dwelling is $99,000 for a 101m2 property. Dont have a soil test done yet and do have contours and my land rises around 6-800mm in the building envelope. It takes wisdom to build a house, and understanding to set it on a firm foundation; It takes knowledge to furnish its rooms with fine furniture and beautiful draperies.
