Caught plasterer smoking cones

Hi guys

Just after a bit of input from anyone that'll offer it.

The other day the wife was going past the new build in the morning to check on the current progress as you do and she caught the plasterers smoking weed in the garage before work. She reported it to our builders who quickly got rid of that contractor and met her at site the next day to go over the work to make sure it was ok.

The wife seems to think we are entitled to compensation (So long as the work is fine, I'm fine TBH but you know women), has anyone had any dealings with this sort of thing?
