Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Dennis Family homes build in Melbourne west. FHOG.Veneti 21Feb 25, 2017 9:37 am Update as of February 2017, things are moving along so well we are a few weeks ahead of our proposed may 12 final date. All plastering is done and cornices are being put in and our kitchen cabinetry is in too. We are ecstatic about how everything is going, we have had no major issues. the only problem we have had was my partner noticed our insulation in our laundry was never put in as per plan so we called our site supervisor who got it actioned to be fixed the very next day, he is always prompt returning our calls and nothing is too much trouble. Painting will start this weekend and then tiling and flooring will be put in not sure of the order though. Our house is in lockup now so we can't get in at all, so some photos have been taken from the outside. FHOG.Veneti 23Feb 25, 2017 7:59 pm Looking great... nice white kitchen and the tile will add more beauty to the kitchen... the big window and natural light will make the MB feel bigger... Nice long entry... Tip: put your mobile phone against the window, this will eliminate all the reflections Re: Dennis Family homes build in Melbourne west. FHOG.Veneti 25Apr 29, 2017 9:23 am Almost went along with DFH but they was no display homes that we could visit for the designs that the new home consultant suggested for our block. However from the customer service (a few other builder actually forgotten to call / email back) and display we saw they were pretty awesome. Good luck with your build.
