I've designed the house with a 6x7.5m garage and he's approved our floor plans so we are both happy Re: Coral modified Stradbroke 1085Jun 23, 2017 12:42 pm aphsta Milestone aloenyx Hahaha!!! Ours is 10m by 2.7m but think we need to extend to 3m now, just hoping it doesn't cost too much but will cop some tender variation fees Re: Coral modified Stradbroke 1091Jun 25, 2017 9:22 pm Milestone aphsta Milestone
Hahaha!!! Coral homes Modified Stradbroke 30weeks
Not yet. Our land settled this week, it's a registered block in an established area . Last weekend I went in to start fresh with a new plan as our previous tender was done using a different house and was a mess. I was told it would probably only take a week because I provided a survey and they've already inspected my block but it's not back yet, hoping by the end of the week. We've refinanced our current home loan instead of getting a construction loan and money should be in our bank this week so it's full steam ahead. I'll make a thread once we've done the tender. I read this whole thread because I loved the bricks and colours. Coral doesn't build as far south as I'm building in Jervis Bay Re: Coral modified Stradbroke 1096Jun 25, 2017 10:36 pm aphsta Milestone aphsta

Love your alfresco. Feel free to take any ideas I love the process of design and colours it's what keeps drawing me back but after this I am done. I originally wanted render but coral charge to much and they don't have a good track record in our area for render so I thought I would pick a brick that I could live with for a while but I feel in love with it so rendering will be way way down the track. Crazy https://www.homeone.com.au/member/bribiebell Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13745 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 1767 |
