I think yours without would be fine if you have windows beside it for airflow Re: Coral modified Stradbroke 765Apr 20, 2017 5:55 am H Family Build Milestone dougang287 [quote="Milestone"][quote="dougang287"][quote="Milestone"][quote="dougang287"]Love the door is it ebony? It's crazy because If the fire has travelled all the way down to the door then I'm sorry but the house is stuffed and we are going up in flames! Mind you the back laundry door didn't have to be changed we had to jump through hoops for our bal rating and our neighbours haven't got anywhere near what we have, makes me wonder if it was coral or council Coral homes Modified Stradbroke locked out Milestone coral homes modified stradebroke 32 Re: Coral modified Stradbroke 768Apr 20, 2017 12:38 pm In love with your door!!! Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 14541 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4422 |
