Due to setback issues I had to bring fireplace right inside so the wall is 40cm. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ The price remained the same. In regards to the curtain question, I can refer you to my interior designer who can order you the same curtains as mine. I copied the display home and my designer was the one who lead the team who furnished the Bordeaux display.... Let me know. Re: My Metricon Bordeaux 56 build 624Apr 03, 2017 12:18 pm Many thanks for the images Vuster. Your quote looks like our original one. Hoping they'll accommodate us on this one. Regarding curtains, I might check out some more alternatives before taking you up on your offer The decisions are overwhelming, so are the price tags! Re: My Metricon Bordeaux 56 build 625Apr 04, 2017 10:44 pm My supervisor hasn't been managing my property for the last 3 weeks which has meant many days of nothing happening. He's admitted this and said he had quite a few houses to finish but my house is a priority now and that he's scheduled everything up so hopefully it should be action packed for the next few weeks. Sure enough the last couple days I've seen activity once again. The painters have come back to complete some stuff including a 3rd coat of varnish on my front door. I always suspected that there was a coat missing as it wasn't as shiny as I was hoping. The garage door has also been installed. The moulding on the left side of the garage has been redone so it wraps around the side. That's another win for me as my supervisor said it was cut short on purpose due to minimum side setbacks. I insisted that it was on my plans so it should be done. I'll be getting my kitchen timber window frames wrapped in piatra grey marble which will address the gas stove top issue. Hopefully M agree to pay for the same to be done to the butlers window so its consistent. That garage door is standard with the house. My research tells me it's roughly 6-7k cost price for a marine ply door like that but renman can confirm. I never thought garage doors could cost that much.

My research tells me it's roughly 6-7k cost price for a marine only door like that but renman can confirm. I never thought garage doors could cost that much. That price sounds correct. It's expensive because the door is timber. Re: My Metricon Bordeaux 56 build 631Apr 05, 2017 2:08 pm Love the look of your doors. They look awesome. I bet you can't wait to move in? You all organised? Re: My Metricon Bordeaux 56 build 632Apr 05, 2017 2:43 pm Yeah eagerly awaiting for handover. I've got lots of boxes of unopened stuff which I can't wait to open. Re: My Metricon Bordeaux 56 build 639Apr 27, 2017 12:03 am Hi Doulton777, it's been slow going lately. I spoke to supervisor today after 2 weeks of not hearing any news. Presentation tomorrow, 1 days notice. I couldn't get my inspector booked so I'm going ahead with it anyway. I dropped by the house before and made some notes. There's still a a fair bit of outstanding things so hopefully they commit to fixing most of the stuff and giving me the keys in 10 days or so. They can complete anything outstanding after I move in. Picture I took today. Must be a sign. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: My Metricon Bordeaux 56 build 640Apr 27, 2017 12:07 am vuster Hi Doulton777, it's been slow going lately.
