Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Aug 09, 2016 3:15 pm I am thinking about ways to save money on the build and read a way to do it is via "built to lockup" and then doing the internals and smaller external jobs (driveway, paving etc.) via contractors. My question is what does it actually include and would different builders have different interpretations on the inclusions for this phase? and which builders would do this because I doubt volume builders would do it... Thanks in advance!
