Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Aug 02, 2016 7:17 pm So my wife and I are now in need of a new builder. We've got plans drafted with old builder but they've told us they will not allow us to provide plumbing materials (roof, pc's etc) ourselves. This is major issue for us and we now need to consider other builders. So, we're building on the southside of Brisbane in the Redlands. Looking for people to recommend a builder, possibly more of a smaller independent builder that will allow us to supply plumbing gear. Cheers. You may struggle to find a builder who allows you to supply your own materials for plumbing as they cannot guarantee the quality etc but that aside .... when we were looking at building in that area, we quite liked Casey Jackson's work and Lindon Homes. They are definitely worth talking to (quality work) but not sure if they will do what you're asking.
