Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 07, 2016 10:59 pm I am about to go through the Tender process for a Rawson Huntley 30 and I am struggling to pick the facade based on the artist impressions on the website. If anyone is building or has built a Rawson Huntley, would you mind posting a pic of the facade and comment which facade option you chose? Thanks so much Re: Rawson Huntley (30) facade options 2Jul 26, 2016 8:27 am Wife and i went with the Elite Facade on the Huntley 30, only just finished the tender process ourselves. hopfully slabbed soon. our elite will be face brick only (the render isnt included in cost unfortunately) went with the balcony because we are on the high section of street and crossing our fingers we get some sort of a golfcourse veiw. will post photos in our build thread as it happens Re: Rawson Huntley (30) facade options 3Jul 26, 2016 6:38 pm Have you been out to see the new display village in Marsden Park? It is the Huntley 30 with the Elite facade, but flipped compared to the old display home in the Ponds. Its a shame they didn't build with a different facade, but then again that is the most expensive one so I guess that is why. Wife fell in love with the kichen / window onto elfresco in Huntley so we changed. Only Huntley we seen was at the ponds visited about 30 times trying to work out were we were placing all our gpo and network points Re: Rawson Huntley (30) facade options 6Aug 01, 2016 9:05 am Went and had a look at the Marsden park Huntley, its very different to the Ponds version. Just started the Build process for Chifley 42 with Rawson homes, will keep you all posted with the Build progress. 0 2450 Standard uninsulated double brick has an R value of around 0.7.
