Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 31, 2016 10:11 pm Hi All I am planning to buy a land to build the house. The size of the land is 450 mm. I was told they are going to put the Easement for Padmount station 2.7 m wide in the front corner of the house when you enter the house. I asked them if it is going to be noisy and I was told no.I got the land cheaper I paid $50,000 less. 1) I am bit concerned about the safety? 2) I am bit concerned about the noise?
