Avoca 25 in Gainsborough Greens Gold Coast viewtopic.php?f=31&t=81406 That sounds about right, all I have said the whole time is as long as I am in by Xmas next year lol We are scenic rim council, so it'll either be quicker than gccc as its smaller, or it'll be slower cause it's smaller. Only time will tell. Exciting things happening in the coming weeks. We purchased our appliances this past weekend. Our kitchen upgrade has two ovens, so that was on the pricey side for us, but they are amazing ovens Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Jane Canungra Rise Gold Coast Coral Daydream 30 viewtopic.php?f=31&t=84257 Re: Coral Daydream 30 Canungra Rise Gold Coast 25Sep 02, 2016 9:09 am I always was led to believe Canungra was part of the Scenic Rim Council area, and definately not in the Gold Coast council area. We have heard, people bought in November 2015, with registration for March. But clearly that was never going to happen. We are too waiting for our land to be completed at Canungra Rise! Lot 149 We put our deposit down for our block in April last year It has been a long wait and I highly doubt registration will occur before Christmas! We are also building with Coral, how funny! We are going with the Marcoola 32 and just going through our contract set up now. We were originally going with GJ but our sales guy seemed to decide he wanted nothing to do with us anymore and stopped responding to any of my emails, his loss I guess. I am the easiest most hassle free person to deal with too! So exciting finding someone else building there We will have to share our builds and our pricing to make sure we are getting the same deals haha Re: Coral Daydream 30 Canungra Rise Gold Coast 34Sep 08, 2016 2:59 pm You ladies are more patient than me!! I love that you snuck out to your patch of dirt hehe. Kiki, what plan were you going to build with GJ? We were going to build the Marcoola with Coral but like you our sales guy didn't want our business GJ Gardner Modified Coolum 277 viewtopic.php?t=83643 Re: Coral Daydream 30 Canungra Rise Gold Coast 35Sep 08, 2016 3:13 pm Hello charlibear, We were going with the Coolum 248 I think it was, modified to a 278. We have had the opposite builders do that to us then haha! Not sure why someone would pass up over a quarter of a mill $$$ sale! Crazy! I am much happier with Coral now though so am glad it happened Re: Coral Daydream 30 Canungra Rise Gold Coast 36Sep 08, 2016 3:13 pm kikihome Hello Jane, We could be neighbors? Ooh goodness I would be going even madder if I had been waiting since last April. When ran into a few other people out there on Saturday. We don't think it'll register til probably next year. The marcoola is a gorgeous house. It was our second pick with coral, if the daydream didn't work on our block. We sign our contracts on Monday. We are going through the most amazing lady at the coral display in Coomera, and she said she had another client from Canungra rise. Maybe it was you? Yes defiantly share pricing etc. they will probably share tradies between our blocks. Once construction bloody starts. We've only paid the $1750 so far and going in today to add all our extras into our pricing. Did you have to sign your contract and pay the 5% deposit in order to go to colour selections? I have no idea about the whole process ? Re: Coral Daydream 30 Canungra Rise Gold Coast 40Sep 10, 2016 8:37 am kikihome We are getting so impatient. We had only been out the day we bought the land.
