We aren't having one.
We just couldn't justify the min 10k price tag.

Oh that sucks Re: Coral Daydream 30 Canungra 154Jul 30, 2017 7:45 am Finally... after the longest wait in history, we should have titled land by the end of the week. We went out to our land yesterday, haven't been out in a few months. It looks really great. The excitement is coming back. But then we remember coral is charging us so much money for the delays, our appliance will be 18 months before we are even in our house and the fact we should be in our damn house by now!!! Didn't take any photos yesterday, so here's on from a few months ago. It works out to be about $330 a week!!! Since the end of May until the day they are on site, so even while waiting on council approval for our plans, we are paying them. Re: Coral Daydream 30 Canungra 157Jul 30, 2017 1:00 pm That sux that you are paying Coral xjanex. I'm worried we will end up in the same boat with Hallmark.... damn developers take too long!!! At least you are nearly there now and your build can start soon! - B A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=87210 Re: Coral Daydream 30 Canungra 158Jul 30, 2017 2:29 pm Bridgetwitch That sux that you are paying Coral xjanex. They can't even tell us how much it will end up being, so somehow we need to come with the thousands of dollars. I can't believe developers can pretty much do whatever they want, and if you really want the land you'll just shut up and wait. Hopefully you don't have too much longer of a wait. Coral Daydream 30 Canungra. 160Aug 08, 2017 3:03 pm LAND IS REGISTERED!!!!!! We had just finished signing all our documents at the bank, saying we should hear by the end of the week about registration. 10 minutes later, we got the email saying land had registered!
