We bought land in circa stage 6 the grange. Not sure what to expect as site costs for 1m fall. Some buders do not want to fix. Is there anyone building in circa and what where uou quoted for site costs?

Hi Jojo, Any particular builder you are looking at?
My SIL has slightly more than 1m (1.6m fall to be exact) hers was around $32K for site cost - not in grange but stage 4. She's building with M
Ours is around 0.86m fall and is fixed for 15K with Carlisle.
Hope that sorts of help with a rough idea!
