Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Aug 04, 2008 9:43 am We have decided to change some of our interior colours and flooring.
Our build is in progress, up to bricks at this stage. Do we go through our SS (He thinks everything goes through him) or our SC for interior changes? Building in manor lakes 2008 Re: post contract variations - interior 2Aug 04, 2008 10:53 am It probably depends on the procedures of each builder ... in our case, any changes after site start has to go through the site supervisor ... the sales consultant 'dissappears' from the scene once the contract is signed! Re: post contract variations - interior 3Aug 04, 2008 10:57 am thanks. Yes I think that is the same with our builder as well.
Its a shame ours thinkgs we are the biggest PITA owner in history (probably warranted though,,he he) The way I see it we're paying all the $$ we should be able to get what we want, and have it done well. It seems very clear to me that your contract states that a security account does NOT need to be established so the answer to the builder is NO. If in doubt find a contract… 1 8472 So AFAIk the outcomes of the BAL ratings form part of a clause that allows them to pass these costs on to you. However the more relevant detail is how did it go from 19… 1 9103 The fastest thing a builder will do is bank your cheque, those systems work perfectly with lightning speed, everything else is slow burn. Just the way it is. 1 8678 |
