We are deciding between Chifley 42 (Rawson) and Windsor 40 (Eden Brae).
Building in Ryde, NSW.
Am starting to get cold feet about Eden Brae, and feel that Rawson will actually stick by their fixed price.
We like both designs, but now need to decide which builder we can rely on to ensure we don't end up blowing the budget.
I'm leaning towards Rawson.
Any feedback would be great

Rawson definitely stick to their contract price, but remember the contract price is the final price you decide on AFTER all of your selections. So everything you want to upgrade off the baseline build will cost. If you make no changes/upgrades to the tender price, that will be your contract price. It's very transparent and you do get what you pay for. Best of luck!
