Well it seems that they are going to try and get the slab done before shutdown! I called admin and she told its unlikely that slabs will be done before break. But they will try. The site supervisor has not called me yet and I am waiting for their call. Dean is going to be our site supervisor from Henley website. Any body has dealt with him before? Hope he is good. Clear glass $210, translucent glass $319, std size door Re: Building Sahara Belle with Henley !!!! 35Dec 13, 2016 11:20 am Excellent! Its all happening! And thats one very flat block! Site costs must be next to nothing! Re: Building Sahara Belle with Henley !!!! 37Dec 17, 2016 1:05 pm stayxtrue Excellent! Its all happening! And thats one very flat block! Site costs must be next to nothing! Not really. It cost me 18 k as per Henley. I don't have a clue why it costs that much. Initially the SC told me there is a slope of 700 cm from the back and likely retaining walls are necessary. And it is the engineer who come up with that figure bla bla. Now it looks to me like max an hour job for excavator as they pulled a bit of soil from back to front as there is a slight slope. That's all. I have to ask them about this to Henly regarding this rip off cost. I took quotes from 3 builders and all of them quoted nearly the same. And the next door neighbor it was about the same. But no idea why it costs that much Re: Building Sahara Belle with Henley !!!! 38Dec 17, 2016 1:07 pm DAlex stayxtrue Excellent! Its all happening! And thats one very flat block!
