I hope it turns out nice and flushed.
Hmmm, this should be interesting. Solid floating timber floors, never seen this done before.
I'm very happy with our flush level indoor outdoor living now. I'll take some pics when I'm next free. =D

When I got M to do the slider door rebate I advised that of the 19mm and they design the rebate to match the floorboards. I hope it turns out nice and flushed. Hmmm, this should be interesting. My wife and I just started our Hampshire 45 build and it is such an exciting read going through your thread. I had a quick question, were you able to successfully get your sliding doors rebated into the slab? We got knocked back by M as being unable to offer it. Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed the read =) As for your question, yes I got my sliding doors rebated into the slab. Wasn't any issues at all. Which state are you in? Im located in VIC but id be surprised if QLD was allowed and VIC wasn't =( Would it be yo much for me to ask what your M job number was so I could reference it with my CSC? PM if easier. Our stacker doors are rebated into the slab as well, so are all the wet areas on the ground floor. But M really doesn’t like doing it cause they need to get the rebate depth and position right and it can be messy if the concrete people don’t get it right. From memory roughly $3k to upgrade each. My doors are 4m wide and 2.3 high. Re: KDR Metricon Liberty - Hampshire 45 QLD 1714Dec 18, 2017 10:30 pm Kandi Just having a quick look 1. The Guest ensuite, behind the toilet there’s a void. Suggest you turn that into some shelves for towels and make use of the void space. 2. Dinning stacker doors, as it open directly outside and there’s no cover for the doors be careful that the doors are not to exposed to the elements and will damage it. Might get rain coming inside the house if there’s strong windy rain. 3. Do you have a lot of space between the garage and the side fence? Think about have large opening for easy access to the backyard for landscaping in the future. You one have one 820mm door. It won’t fit a bobcat through there.
