My parents who are building next door also with Burbank couldn't get their site costs fixed. gravy Project building is swings and roundabouts Loose on one nail the other So what the price difference just curious They ended up about a grand cheaper than us, identical blocks and theirs has a slightly bigger fall from front to back. We had a nice big vein of rock running diagonal through our block and luckily didn't run onto their land so I think that def helped their cause.
