Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 22, 2016 10:48 am Hi All, We got our occupancy permit today. I can see few conditions specified in the permit. Is it something I should worry about? Did builder do anything wrong and we are looking at spending a fortune in landscaping? Any help or pointers are appreciated. Following is mentioned in the OP. ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION: An alternative solution has been issued to allow the weepholes below the min paved level as per performance clause P2.2.2 & P2.2.3. CONDITIONS: All landscaping to ensure a vapour barrier is installed and maintained to the edge beam of the slab. Such vapour barrier is to extend above the height of the soil. Re: Occupancy permit with conditions (vapour barrier) 3Jul 24, 2016 8:02 pm It looks like perhaps the ground hieght is either to high or the weep holes to low. The surveyor foreseas issues so he suggested to put plastic (vapour barriere up along the wall so that water doesnt go back into the weep holes and water coming out of the weep holes can weep down the back of the plastic. I don’t think so as the floor area over 300 square meters then it is class 3…. 12 17935 Hi, I had a barrier reef pool installed less that 2 years ago and the gel coat is already fading. The colour is electric grey shimmer which isn’t available… 0 3824 I’m not a structural engineer but I’m free. you still need an engineer for the plans. I only have part of your plans, but you seem to have a 850mm drop from the side… 3 9956 |
