That includes couple of backwards and forwards of the fhog form between us and bank due to some missing info. If all's filled out properly should be quicker. Note: Fhog for us was processed thru bank. Hope this helps. Re: FHOG how long after slab payment 5Jul 17, 2016 6:33 pm We were told from the beginning that we get it nearing the end of our build. We are at the end of our build now & only just got it. We had to use most of it towards the construction of our home, maybe that's why ours was at the end. Re: FHOG how long after slab payment 6Jul 17, 2016 6:51 pm We are also with ANZ slab payment was on the 8th of July and broker already submitted paperwork for FHOG at commence of contruction. So hopefully it won't be too much longer. sekisui build viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75060&p=1573965#p1573965 Building a sekisui house in Holmesville NSW viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75060 Re: FHOG how long after slab payment 7Jul 17, 2016 10:17 pm Hi to All, I am at the beginning of the process and my broker told me that I would be eligible for FHOG if both building contract and land value come under 750k. My initial building tender + land value would be on the edge. I was wondering to know if I could cut some upgraded items from the building contract to be under 750k and then get it done thru builder or myself later on after building commencement? Can anyone advise plz. Thanks in advance. Therefore not included in contract price and loan contracts. sekisui build viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75060&p=1573965#p1573965 Building a sekisui house in Holmesville NSW viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75060 Re: FHOG how long after slab payment 10Jul 17, 2016 10:51 pm I got this information from office from office of state revenue. Applications lodged with financial institutions will have the grant available for settlement or for the first draw down on contracts to build. For a list of approved agents, visit the Approved agents page. If applying directly with us, the house must be complete and you must be registered on title sekisui build viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75060&p=1573965#p1573965 Building a sekisui house in Holmesville NSW viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75060 Re: FHOG how long after slab payment 11Jul 17, 2016 10:54 pm mim_feher Sparkie Hi to All, I am at the beginning of the process and my broker told me that I would be eligible for FHOG if both building contract and land value come under 750k. I am confused with term of " comprehensive building contract " requested in FHOG's doc Check list. I don't know what sort of building contract is considered comprehensive to them? Thanks again Re: FHOG how long after slab payment 12Aug 02, 2016 4:20 pm Sparkie mim_feher Sparkie Hi to All, I am at the beginning of the process and my broker told me that I would be eligible for FHOG if both building contract and land value come under 750k. Thanks again I am in a similar situation too, so going for lesser upgrade to get the value under 750k and then pay the builder directly as pci (post contract variation) for some minor upgrades. Hopefully there will be no issues.. Fingers crossed mim_feher We are also with ANZ slab payment was on the 8th of July and broker already submitted paperwork for FHOG at commence of contruction.
