Looks like a great floor plan, I upgraded my kitchen also to get the grand island bench etc. Your plan has one of my favourite features which is WIR in all/most rooms. Re: Building Caesar (Molto collection) with Plantation Homes 4Sep 27, 2016 4:52 pm Hey guys Sorry our account was deactivated due to being inactive. Thanks heaps - we are still in the admin stage (mostly our fault as we've been going back and forth) but have almost finalised the changes we require Hope your builds are going well too Re: Building Caesar (Molto collection) with Plantation Homes 5Nov 03, 2016 10:19 am Hey guys After heaps of admin work, we've finally lodged our building plans for approval - does anyone how long it is taking these days to get the council approval back? We've also been to our colour appointment and will be getting a red garage door!! Hope it does look with the color scheme we've gone with (Will post that shortly too) Re: Building Caesar (Molto collection) with Plantation Homes 6Nov 04, 2016 10:09 am Hi What area are you building in? I am building North Gold Coast and the council process was really quick and other GC builds seem to be really fast as well, mine was only 2 weeks. Thought I would have some dramas with relaxation clause etc but sailed through. Good Luck! Re: Building Caesar (Molto collection) with Plantation Homes 7Jan 09, 2017 9:42 am Hi post it! my wife and i are probably going to go with the Henley Caesar down here in victoria. Have you begun the building process yet? would love to get an update on how things are going! Re: Building Caesar (Molto collection) with Plantation Homes 8Feb 05, 2017 7:26 pm Hello! Myself and my husband are building the Caesar with Henley in VIC. We haven't signed anything yet but have decided that's the house we want. I can see that you flipped your alfresco and dining on the back. We are thinking about doing the same although we are really in two minds as we are on a 16m wide block and aren't sure how to use the outside space. The back of our house faces north so we'll have the sunlight over our garden all day but not sure whether to have the morning sun onto the alfresco or the afternoon sun. Maybe it won't make much difference being undercover though. Can I ask if it cost much to flip the alfresco and dining around? Good luck with the builds both of you! Hey Hannahzoe Congrats on the decision! We've only just started as the admin process took so very long with Plantation - it was kinds our fault as well. We flipped the alfresco with the dining for a few reasons - We are a corner block so flipping the alfresco meant we had the space in the side - Flipping it sort of divided the dining and living for us - Our kitchen and dining now flows together which we liked We didn't have to pay for the flip but we paid quite a bit to get the kitchen the way we wanted. If you notice, we moved our fridge space to the side. This meant that we had to pay for extra cabinetry, extra window space etc. It's worth it tho as u ll get a kitchen rear bench that's very long. Hope this helps. Re: Building Caesar (Molto collection) with Plantation Homes 10Sep 28, 2017 9:33 am Hi, I'm building with plantation homes as well , my plan is Seville , really similar plan.
