I just signed up after I purchased a block of land, I wonder if I can still claim the cash? I called up the Villawood office and you have to become a villawood platinum club member. Then she gave me the Waratah sales office lady's number, whom I went through when I bought the land. So I'm assuming you have to go through her when you become a platinum club member. Re: Waratah Estate (Mickleham), Melbourne. 25Jul 31, 2016 5:53 pm dosai22 So on my way to sign the land contract today ended up in stage 4 Whiteleaf drive haha awesome!!! Not far from me in stage 3!! I went down there today to check out some display homes. Was it busy with stage 5 opening up? Re: Waratah Estate (Mickleham), Melbourne. 28Oct 08, 2016 3:34 pm This is what my facade will look like. I got the Alexandria facade as an upgrade ($3500RRP).

I didn't want this upgrade as I thought it was unnecessary to spend $4k on it. But I'm going to go for the same colour scheme you see here with all stone bench tops and stone island bench. Love love love the windows and the butlers pantry layout. I cant believe you found a design with the master at the back! Mr Wickie and I looked for ages for something like that and couldn't find anything! I cannot wait to follow your progress! Congrats again! Congrats again! Thanks Wickie! Unfortunately, I didn't opt for the butler's pantry to be open like that and have the kitchen extend right through. It was an extra $4.5k for some odd reason lol So it'll be closed. I'll have to get updated drawings soon when it all gets closer. I'm hoping it still looks just as awesome!! I'm most likely going to keep the same tiles/colour scheme. Those tiles they used in the kitchen are category 1 and I lvoe them so no need to upgrade! We will start our building March next year!!!! when is your getting build? Congrats on your first home too!!! Hey! Make sure you start up a thread on your build. I loved the Bolton with the high ceilings and the WIRs in all bedrooms, but I found another build that I loved a lot more so I changed builders to Burbank. I'll put up some pictures and floor plans as well. It's going to be a beauty!! Re: Waratah Estate (Mickleham), Melbourne. 39Dec 05, 2016 2:38 pm Hey andyboiii what make you move to burbank? Re: Waratah Estate (Mickleham), Melbourne. 40Dec 05, 2016 2:39 pm Hi there Waratahrians, i'm building next door in the Woods estate, we were originally looking at waratah but found our perfect block in the Woods (in our eyes anyway!) Just curious how the developer is going with releasing titles on the scheduled timeframe or are they running behind/ The reason i ask is they seem to have regular new releases but there doesn't seem to be much progress of land release to home owners to start building. Thanks in advance Hi All, Recently we have signed a contract with Burbank and we are not aware that they have just DORSET, SURREY, HAMPSHIRE, KENT, PILBARA and REDGUM bricks from PGH are… 0 3108 |
