Hey andyboiii what make you move to burbank? We have only done a soil survey with Simonds Homes but have not confirm just yet.
Well, I found a house that was IMO better at creating equity.
Also, burbank were much better at customising my home.
For example, I wanted the Macleod 299 which is a 32sq home (starting at $221k) and 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car garage. I made it in to a 4 bedroom by combining 2 single rooms in to one master bedroom which has a WIR and ensuite. So it's a 2 master bedroom home. I also extended the garage by another 2 metres, so now it's a 2.5 car garage.
I'm still negotiating price, but I tell you what, the guy looked after me.. he gave me some goodwill discounts that I never got with Simmonds. I think they worked a lot better with me than Simmonds and were more flexible and the price was awesome. I also believe Burbank's standard inclusions were a lot better.
